Ingredients for 4-6 people : 1 kg bonito tuna, 1 kg of potatoes, 3 green peppers , 1 onion, 4 cloves garlic , spoon beef chorizo pepper, 2 ripe tomatoes, olive oil , salt, 2 cayenne peppers , chopped parsley.
To cook the broth , put to boil leeks with parsley sprigs and fish bones in a pot with water and a pinch of salt. In 20 minutes it will be ready. Chop the onion , tomatoes , green peppers and garlic and saute it in a pan with a little oil . When well poached , add peeled and chopped potatoes saute them for a few minutes. Add meat of the chili peppers and chorizo . Pour the strained broth and the shredded fish. Keep the heat until the potatoes are cooked . It will take about 15-20 minutes. Then add the nice clean and cut tuna into cubes . Boil 3 minutes, add salt to taste , sprinkle with chopped parsley and let stand off the heat for 10 minutes before serving.
